Asylee visiting home country

It depends on a LOT of things, especially why you fear persecution in your home country. Will you be safe when you go there? How come? Is it an emergency? Are you the primary asylee (AS6 on your GC)?

YES I'm the primary asylee I got married after asylum and my husband is a DV lottery green card holder and I've a one year old baby born in the US....we need to see our family as it's been a long time we haven't seen them...also I need to go for medical reasons

It is risky. I would consult an attorney for legal advice at least. Especially recently (although they existed in the past as well) there are very strict rules about visiting the home country. Is your current green card based on your marriage? That may make a difference, but I am not sure.

I know it's risky but my country is still unsafe ...actually I'm Egyptian and Christian so it's still dangerous for me...no my green card is asylum based I was told that applying through marriage would take too much time .
But I still want to make sure...like if someone already have the same situation and he did go to his home home country while on GC

People have done it, and it's never a problem coming back to the US. The problem MIGHT be when you apply for citizenship, as they might ask you why you felt comfortable going back to Egypt if you claimed it was too unsafe for you to live there. If you don't think you will be targeted when you visit, and you can explain why it was safe for you to go for a visit, then go for it. If you have medical reasons, bring proof of those for the future when you apply for citizenship (IF they ask you about it at the interview).

Also, do you have an Egyptian passport? Don't use an RTD.
