It's been little over one year since I was granted asylum and I am preparing to file permanent residence or I-485 green card application.
What are the things I need to send with the application?
I was reading the instruction and it says you need to send criminal or arrest record or any criminal history letter whether convicted or case dismissed.
If I got arrested once , Do I need to send the letter from the state that says my crminal case for dismissed?
The I-485 application seems different than before and I found changes there.
So, What are the forms and things I need to send?
1,I-485
2,G-325A
3, ASYLUM APPROVAL LETTER.
4.Birth certificate
What else am I missing?
I don't have lawyer and i am filing by myself so no need.
I have previously helped others fie application but because of the many changes, It's hard to get it done this time.
Pls tell me what I need to send?
My I-94 that I got after making info pass has expiration date of one year so I better not send the I-94 as proof of asylum status right?
I know the USCIS office made mistake by putting one year expiration date on it and I argued but the agent won't care.
I have judge's approval letter so that should be enough?
Tell me what I need to send?
Thanks
