Arrived in US 3 months AFTER receiving Green Card

My family and I got the Green Card on 04/11/2006.

However, I did not enter the US until 07/17/2006, so 3 months after.

For the purposes of applying for Naturalization, does my permanent residency in the US officially start as soon as I receive the GC, or does it not start until I'm physically in the country?

If the latter is the case, does it mean I can only submit my N-400 after *07/17/2011 MINUS 90 days*? (i.e. around 04/17/2011)

(Since entering the US in 07/17/2006, I have not been outside the country)

Also, what is FP? I see it all the time.

It should be counted from the day you entered US as a LPR.
Abbreviation of Finger Prints is FP frequently used here.

What is the actual "resident since" date on your card?

You can apply now, you became eligible since 01/11/2011.

How exactly did you get a GC? Was it through consular processing abroad? Or though adjustment of status in the U.S.?

If one does consular processing, then one is admitted as an LPR and the GC shows the date of entry. If it is an Adjustment of status, then the date of PR is the date shown in the green card. So in your case this date will apply.
