Arrest ouside US and Naturalization

Hi All,
This is the story, I have being arrested for political reason back home on 1992, and I mention that on my asylum application. With regard to the N400 do I have check YES on the question Have you ever being arrested by any law enforcement officer for any reason? Or check NO because the arrest is outside the US. If yes do I required to bring any record from back home regarding that arrest (released with no criminal charges). If anyone have any comments or feed back on that please let me.

I think you should answer NO on your application to prevent complications of matter because your arrest was outside U.S.A.

That's an untruthful answer to the question, and if USCIS ever finds out bye-bye citizenship, hello home country.

do not lie on your applications. since you already mentioned the arrest on your asylum application, USCIS probably has a record of it. DO not complicate things by lying and misrepresenging info. You may be stripped of your citizenship when found out.
