Are Paystubs required for H1-Transfer ?

Hello,

I just came on H1 and my company is looking for a project. I am getting a few calls for fulltime jobs now and dont want to pass off. Are paystubs required for H1 transfer ? Please respond ASAP.

I have been on other H1s in the past after I ran out of 6 years on H1. After resetting the H1 clock I am back in the US. Any quick answers would be really appreciated.

Any pointers please ?

If it is less than 2 weeks you can transfer with out a pay stub, otherwise your new compay attorney has to explain your situation to INS for this transfer.(present sponser failed to fulfill thier obligation - not paying you)thanks,

I was in similiar situation, all that was required was an employment verification letter from current employer stating that I was their employee, start date and pay rate. Transfer was approved in 5 days without any pay slips.
