eb2 - india - Pd late 2001
Pd is current from Oct 06 bulletin :D :D :D
applied 140/ead/ap/485 in july 2006
Got ead/ap/140 approved :D :D :D
completed FP code 3

waiting for approval, dont know when ???????????????????
any comments gurus :confused: :confused: :confused:
 
I am in the same boat as you. I think the 140 got approved fast even though the dates for TSC processing indicate an earlier date, because of concurrent filing. My last update date for 485 is 9/12. I don't know if it's stuck in name check. But as per the processing dates, TSC is currently in April. And they seem to be processing around 1month cases in a month. So, I will wait till January and then worry more.

yes man, i know , lof of my friends who are also in the same boat as we all
why , TSC is taking lof of time to approve our 485
for ROW , lot of people who are in EB2 are getting approvals lately but for indians specially its taking time

Are you using labor-sub? If so, you are waiting only since June 2006.
Is this correct?
 
yes I am using LC sub

But in terms of waiting for GC it has been equally bad. I late started in early 2002 for LC RIR and then company stopped right before my papers went in.For next 3 yrs they didn't file LCs at all .Then right before PERM came into effect they filed LC -NON RIR for extending H'1's. Eventually filed PERM LC in late 2005 ,got approved,filed 140 got approved and then was waiting for PD to become current . luckily they decided to give me sub LC as well. Then I concurrently filed 140-145 based on sub LC.

In the same boat

EB2/oct 2000
Applied my I485 in July 2006 ...got my EAD & AP within a Week...done my AP in Aug first week...had couple of LUD after FP... after that nothing...still waiting...
