AR-11, USC should file as well?

I once saw this issue in this forum about AR-11.
Someone advised that USC should also file alone with the alien spouse but on the AR-11 form itself, it clearly stated for Aliens.
What should I do?
If I am naturalized USC, should I file AR-11 when I move? :rolleyes:
After I filed my AR-11, will I received a letter of notice?

Also, if we need to file for I-751 soon, we will send the forms to new service center according to our new address right?

Excellent point. In that case, you are required to file in the capacity of a sponsor, not in the capacity of a U.S. citizen.

Your rights as a U.S. citizen are exactly the same as somebody born in this country, except that you can't be elected president. In that regard, the USCIS can't require any natural born citizens to report address changes to them; therefore, it can't require you to report either.

I have additional questions.
When I was filing my GC, my mother in-law was one of the sponsor because my husband and I didn't have good enough income.
Now, only my husband and I are moving. So, I only need to file I-865 for my husband. Am I correct?
I should file AR-11 (for me)and I-865 (for my husband) in the same envelops right?

After I-865, would the he automatically registered to vote in the new address?

No at this time but Big Brother is coming soon with that kind of request in the near future.

This is when they will take DNA sample as well from the ex-aliens, current aliens.
