AR-11 customer service option

Hi: I try to call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 to report my change of address.

I listened couple of time. I don't find change of address option. Someone please help me which option I need to select or give the option number.

form AR11 is not sent to USCIS service center and filing AR11 will not change your address on pending petitions with USCIS.

if you want to change the address on pending petition with USCIS then write to USCIS service center, on cover letter write your name, DOB, A# pending petition reciept #, your present address and sign the letter with date attach the copy of reciept notice of petition. out side the envelope write in big letters"request for change of address on pending petion....." send it with certified return reciept

also call up the NCSC and report the address change
