Congratulations gcemail!!! That's really good. By the you mentioned that the priority date was that of the labor so how did you know that? Also what was your priority date?

So we are seeing April 140 approvals, that's good. Did you ever sent email query for your 140 and received reply saying your case will resume processing after name check clear.... something like that? Just trying to figure out if 140 and name check are related.

My ND for 140 is April 20 but nothing changed and no LUD.
 
I have sent email to csc-140 but have not recieved any reply as of yet.
My PD is March 2002. And it appears on 140 approval notice.

May I ask if you ever made an inquiry on your I-485 and
what the USCIS' replies were ?

My RD is 4/22; EB3. No FP notice yet.

My attorney suggested that there may be no FP notices until at least cut-off date is announced.

Congrats ! Did u send email enquiry for 140. hat is the email id. Also it is true only emplyers can send enquiry for 140.
 
My I-485 got a LUD yesteray.

My I-485 got a LUD yesterday. And its RD is pretty close to fdfd's RD. Anybody get a LUD yesterday?

Any one with EB2 concurrent Filling got there approvals? Last time when i enquired i was informed waiting for Namecheck to complete before they start processing I-140. Not sure if any one got there approvals as many of us on the same boat.

I-485 RD 03/31 ND 04/02 LUD 05/02 LUD 06/26

When did you enquir? On I140 or I485? It seems to me our filing dates are almost the same. I have not got any LUD on my I140 and only one LUD on my I485 regarding FP.

What is the LUD 07/21 on your I140 about? Is it due to enquiry? If not, I think maybe it is due to approval.

I did.I got my I-140 approved on 13th Jul.Concurrently filed EB-2.RD April 13.Waiting on I-485 approval....

I enquired around 1 month back. I am not sure what is 07/21 LUD is for on my I-140 application. I did't make an enquiry. There is no message change though.

When was your FP done and did you ever enquired on the status of your I-140/485?

I did send an email to them enquiring about the status of I-140 and after about half a day I got the I-140 approval and the reply email confirming the approval.Dont know if was a coincidence or if the email triggered the approval.The latter seems very unlikely.
