Congratulations on your I-140 approval. I have a question about PD .

What's PD written on your I-140 approval notice ? Is it PD of orginal LC or RD of I-140 ? Did you given PD on I-140 Receipt notice ?

Hi,

I got an email notification today that my I140 has been approved. The online status also changed. There was not LUD on my I140 before the approval.

My status: EB-3
LC substitution
RD: 04/13/05
ND: 04/18/05
FP done: 5/08/05. Not LUD on my 485 after FP was done.

Good luck to everybody on this forum.

PD on my I-140 approval notice is the PD of the original LC. There is no PD on the receipt notice.

Did you file concurrently? Your dates are similar to mine.

To go by what my attorney said, name check is not related to 140. I hope few more ppl post a reply on it.

Congrats to those who got approvals. Hopefully things are moving!

I-140 LUD today

Got an LUD on my I-140 today, any body has seen any LUD's on their I-140 before approval or an RFE?
 
140 processing date retrogressed!

Did you guys see that the I-140 processing date has been updated today for CSC, but the processing date has moved backwards to April 25 from April 27? !!!!!

Yes I have noticed that too. Hard for us to guess why they would post Apr 27 first and then take back to Apr 25. It only shows that CSC is just doing a sloppy job in every aspect of this process.
 
140 Approved

After 4 LUDs last week My 140 got approved. No change in the online message. 140 was approved on July 7th. Just got the approval notice from my lawyer.Priority date is of original labor.
Very happy...... Feel relieved..!! Best of luck to u all....
