Hi all,
I am relieved to say that my 485 has been approved(my spouse's 485's approved the same day). All I could do is be patient and pray to God. Good luck to all.

Hi 7th Year,

Did you stamp your passport?
Did you get the card?
After stamping the passport, in how many days did you get the card?

Still waiting...

I was told in March/early April when I called the congressman for help that it would take another 6 months to see something, so September/October is my light at the end of the tunnel... Hopefully...

Hi immigrant2002,
Yes, I stamped my passport in the last week of June.
My earlier message shows that!

No, I haven't received my card yet. The officer said that you can expect the card within a year, but there are indications on the trackers here that people are getting it within one to two months.

Good luck to all you guys for I-485 approvals.

2nd FP

Got an invitation for 2nd FP in Pittsburgh for middle August. I think the inquiry triggered the movement. LUD hasn't changed.

did fp1 last week. Yeah our lawyer 'forgot ' to include the FP fees in 485 application package.

Got an answer for my inquiry, which said "our records show we're still processing your application" and "we can give you no information as to when your case will be completed".
Funny that the inquiry was answered on 8/11/2004, but the LUD changed (and I got an email) only on 8/24/2004. Half a month to update the online status...

I had called up customer service in last week of July, and recieved a letter from USCIS last week stating that my case is pending Service Consideration.

How many of Apr 2002 cases are still pending. I notice that the tracker does not have lots of posting anymore. Am I being the last unfortunate one.
