Lets track the April to July 04 cases & keep them current

I think besides the tracker (which is essential) lets keep the soft aspects of the Apr-July 04 timeframe in this thread.

Still sweating for I-140 & FP. Any ideas???

One of my friends FP was done in Nov 2004 and RD for I140 and I485 is Mar 26, 2004. Until now, he didn't get any of his approval. When he enquired they said, for an enquiry on a case, it should be atleast 30 days from the RD and RD should be current.
Mine was June 8th, 2004. LUD 1/18/2005. Don't know what's happening?

I-485 --- 7/23/2004 (RD) LUD: 11/11/2004 (FP Recieved)
EAD1 --- 7/22/2004 (RD) 8/06/2004 (AD)
AP1 --- 7/22/2004 (RD) 8/18/2004 (AD)
FP1 --- 10/26/2004 (Did Early, Actuall 11/12/2004)

Question for the gurus/experts on LUD changes

I got some LUD changes with no language change on my already approved APs/I-131s on 12/9/2004. These APs were already approved 6/15/2004. Does that mean anything.??? or is it some internal USCIS thing.

I noted these now because i did not access the website for some time.

Any deductions from this LUD change.

Have you seen any lUD changes on 140 and 485 also!!
 
FP notice received today

EB1
140 & 485 rd 04/28/04

EAD & AP AP 06/28/04

FP notice received 02/04/05 dated for 03/09/05.
