Looks like TSC is trying to approve I-140 only who doesn't have PDs.
And also they are approving I-140 as well as I-485s for Dec/Jan/Feb 2004
and who got PDs.I am telling based on inputs from forums and friends.
Further opinions welcome on this thread.
 
Congratulations to bkv, summit, harry_potter and Setumadhavan for their approvals. The forum has suddenly become very active today. This is a very positive news.

TSC has been sending very mixed signals regaring the consurrent adjudication memo. Not sure if they have adopted it or not. In one case they have sent RFEs for 140 and 485 both even though the PD is not current and also the RD/ND is August'04. In another case they have approved 140 and 485 together as a concurrent adjudication and in some cases they have just approved 140s without touching 485 even though the PDs are current.

How do we make out any pattern from this ? I sure hope that what USCIS has said in the previous post here is true i.e they keep concurrent adjudication for all those filers whose PD is current and approve 140s quick for those whose PD is retrogressed. This make sense for USCIS as well as the applicants.

In your line of thought, I have one more info. i noticed LUD change in 485 on the 140-approval day(1/18). Not just 485, all the applications (AP,EAD, 485, self and wife) the LUD changed to 1/18. My PD is not current and they have touched my 485, hopefully its for good.

All My cases has been touched twice.LUD changed

First on 12/06/04
Second on 01/18/05
But no status changes.Dont know whats going on.
140 not yet approved.

Congrats on your 140... and be happy that they are processing your 485 too.... Have you had your FP ?

LUD 01-18-05 on I-765 & I-131

I checked today the USCIS web-page and noticed that my I-765 (APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION) and I-131 (APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT) had an LUD of 01-18-05.

Does anybody know what that could mean? Shouldn't they work on my I-140 & I-485 instead?

Labor applied NC Nov 2001.

Please expect your FP, esp with LUD changes on all appl. It happened to me and i got FP notice.

How long it will take to get the FP after the LUD change.
 
Mine changed on 12/06/04 nothing happened so far.
Again change on 01/18/05

But here I539 (?) shows that it was approved on 05/16/2003

I539 ...2003...U must have added wrong receipt number to your portfolio.
If USCIS has any internal changes on your case they may update date.

How Do U Know That Many Of The I140 Approvals Are On The Way?
 
Many of my friends got approvals recently.All were around Jun/July.
They didn't post in forums.
 
140/485 first LUD some time around aug04(when they issued ead/ap)
second LUD 12/06/04
third LUD 01/18/05
only I140 fourth LUD 01/20/05-140 approved,got email
