i had filled up the AC21 for the change of address in july,02.
The RFE was for EVL, last 3 Pay stubs and last 2 years tax returns.

I think the EB category and priority dates play a big part. also helps if u work for a reputed company with good lawyers. and ofcourse luck plays a big part as well.
