Your entire 485 application takes less than 5 months? What's happening here ... how's that possible?
 
PD doesn't matter

Congrats on the approval.

I don't know what matters and doesn't matter anymore. I for one don't think it is the PD since if that is the case there is no rationale for so many people with a PD of 1998 still waiting.
 
no logic

penn don't read too much into trying to figure out TSC's logic because there ain't one :). That's what is frustrating many people around here. But one thing for sure is if your FP is approved, you have a good chance that your case will be adjudicated faster no matter when you filed your 485 or what your PD is !!
 
no need to be upset

it is a 2000 case. think about the fact that this guy started his journey long before us.
i feel they should consider labor dates too
