This is the title of the I-797 Notice that I've found in my mail box today. From Oct-20-05 (Oct-20-98 I arrived to the US, seven years ago exactly), that is the notice day. I can't explain my feelings at this moment, but in shortest terms, it is like if someone just lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders. FINALY FREE!!! I wish all of you to get approved soon, very soon and not to wait for as long as I did. I Thank to Father Allmighty, Son and The Holly Spirit who is there and who is above all goverments, immigrations and bureaucracies, who's helping me more than I deserve. I Thank to The President of The United States Of America, Mr. George W. Bush, without his help and engagement our cases would still be collecting dust on some humid basement shelves. Thank to all of you who supported me, PunjabiMunda, MK, LazertheGreat, Samird ..., the list is very long. This forum is very helpful and I will be around to share my experience with anybody that needs it. all I can say; sit tight, you'll get approved soon. :) :) :)

That's a great news. After two weeks of silence (no approvals), INS is rolling off again. :)

Well, well, well.... Looky, looky, looky, what have we got here? Approval? Congratulations man, I'm very happy for you. Now, when you get your GC you can flash it on your Boehead like a feather :D ;) :p Just kidding man, enjoy the moment.
Wish you the best and BTW you can change your handle now, No one would call GC holder a "Bonehead" :cool: .
 
So what's the big deal?:) Sure they do have interpreters but we can still go back to any of the former YU republics since it is safe now. I specifically asked them.

Thanks, my Welcome notice arrived first yesterday, than i received this e-mail from USCIS today (10-25-05):

My case was in Lincoln NE since day one, it was never transfered to a local USCIS office. What is your timeline, can you post it please?
