Both myself and wife cases are approved on Dec 15th.

Interestingly, I called customer service to track the status to avoid sleep last night as I was awaiting call from work, and this was the first time, I was calling USCIS for my GC. All these days my wife used to call for any information.

Lo and Behold, I was shocked to know that both the cases are approved.

I check the website this morning, and with LUD as today, message states approved, but no emails though.

Any thoughts about stamping experience in Hartford and info pass apointment, as I do not want to wait any more (not for GC), but my wife is due anytime in 1st week of Jan, so want to wind up as soon as I can.

Last but most importantly, thank you for all the support and information that was provided to me.

Keep you posted with the latest updates and information that I might get.

BTW, please update the tracker.

MD_Rockville,

To be honest with you, I never tracked LUD's that frequently. In fact the only emails I ever got from USCIS are approval emails for my current EAD and AP, not for LUD changes or RFE or FP.

I did notice some changes in date. What I recollect are

03/31
This was when my 140 was approved, and all my apps got LUD changed.
Strangely my 140 still stays as applcn rcvd .... and it takes around 90-360 days [May be they need them for update of message :D ]

08/26 [Nothing happened, but received FP notice month and a half later]
10/21 [RFE received by my attorney on 12th Oct]
11/11 [When RFE was received by USCIS]
Delay in responding to RFE because I went to India on the same day RFE was issued, so responded soon after I came back [See my signature for RFE details].
11/15 Approved

Hope this helps.

MD_Rockville,

By the way FP notice was second one, which I attend prior trip to India, and postponed for my wife. She did that on Nov 6 soon after we came back.

Following Monday, we sent the response for RFE.

Good Lord!!

Congratulations !! USCIS did manage to keep you awake for your office work... Sometimes they do act dependable....! ;-)

I went early yesterday (for doctor appt) leaving Prod issue behind. So I had NO CHOICE to wake up.

May be it is good decision of mine to call USCIS to pass the time.

Some times we do good and sweet things UNKNOWINGLY.

:D :D :D ;)
