I did not get any RFE. Just went through. I had sent a fax 2 weeks back requesting them to approve my case since it is was a long time since we had gone to our Country and met our parents.

I did have an RFE on my EAD which i was touched by the BCIS ON 21ST with the approval.

Pls do let me know if you have any other questions.

I now need to know from our fellow members as to what i need to do next??????????????
If someone can advice on what paper work i can start gathering.

Me2 sent FAX yesterday..lets see...have not met parents since 5.5 yrs...dying to go.

I donot think sending a fax to visit parents/home country works! They can always reason you to use your AP. -- Just my thought.

While u r right Mango, we had some complications on the legal side with my wife's papers and so she could not avail the advance parole. that left us stranded totally and was very depressing.
