Thank you one and all for your wishes and i too wish to reciprocate the same.
I am now waiting for the approval notice to reach me to go for my stamping.

I have a quick question in the meanwhile.

While my papers are with the california service center, i am here in denver. will they be sending the complete file here for me to stamp or is it that i just need to walk in with the min docs like Approval notice, PP, I-94, EAD, AP????

For my case, USCIS sent the official approval notices to my attorney and the courtesy copy of approval notices directly to me.
The courtesy copy is enough for I-551 passport stamp.
I think you may visit any INS district office.

Maybe i am REALLY ADDICTED. Inspite of the fact that i got approved yesterday, I have visited this forum nearly 5 times today just to see what is happenning. Do u think i need to see someone???

( Imagine how many times i would have visited when i was not approved!!!!!!! )
 
You basically need to see your family and your home country that you haven't visited for 5 years!! You need a vacation!
