Fellas,

My application was approved today (March 16). I came to know about this forum recently and have derived tremendous support from you all ever since. Below are my particulars:

RD: Dec 21, 2001
ND: Dec 21, 2001
FP: May 2003
RFE: Feb 24, 2004 - Officer 255, Legal Status, Employment Letter, I20, H1 approvals etc.
RFE ACK: Mar 8, 2004
AD: March 16, 2004

Can someone please add my particulars to the RFE Excel Sheet?

Since I have the same Ack date, hopefully I will have an approval this week.

Another Dec case: Congrats

Congrats
Looks like there is a head and atail in the approval process....Head is in DEC and Tail is still wagging around May-Sep cases.

Head needs to turn back and clear those backlog cases.

I know TSC ack your reply on Mar 08. When did you send your RFE reply? I still waiting on TSC ACK on the RFE reply sent on Mar 09.
