Approved Finally from Local San Jose office.

Hi Guys,

My 485 along with my family has been approved on feb 25th at the local San jose office. My case was transferred on Dec 11th from TSC to San Jose and the interview was scheduled on feb 25th and was approved on the same day. My case details are

PD 12/1999
rd 07/2001
nd 08/2001
fp 01/2003
TD 12/2003
AD 02/2004.

This site has helped a lot, especially Mr. Rajiv Khanna's efforts are commendable for the immigration community. I thank Rajiv for all his selfless service to the community. Hope everybody on this forum will get their approval very soon.

Hi poongunranar,

My Interview was formal, He asked me to sing a paper for not represented by a lawyer then he asked me if I was working with the same employer, I said yes and he asked me to show EVL that's pretty much it. Then it took about One and Half hour to sort the paper work, like he took copies of all original birth certificattes, marriage certificate and some utlity bills and abnk statements showing my marriage is still valid, and then he stamped on our passports and said we can expect the cards from 1-3 months time. So far I have not received the cards.

OLDTSC, I got a question for you.

Did TSC directly transfer your case to the Local San Jose Office? Or did they first send it to CSC and then CSC transferred it to the Local San Jose Office? Would really appreciate a response.
