Approved Change of Status:H4 to L1b>>>>Help

Hi

I got an approval yesterday for change of status from H4 to L1.I wanted to know if I can start working immediately and be on payroll or should wait till I get the L1b stamp on my passport.
Please advice ASAP

If the L1B approval came with a I94, you can start working. If not you need to get a visa stamp from a US consulate.
