did approval come to any of you after this message and if it did how long after it , if not - what came next? (this was received after bio3 and medical submittal)
Current Status:

On December 29, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

i called cis to ask and the lady said i would be invited for an interview next. I asked if her files said so and she said no, but that is what happens next. they are so badly trained on that cis 1800 number

33 days for my wife (Nov 16-Dec 19 2005) but I am still waiting. So it all depends on your circumstances, the phase of moon, the price of tea in china,.. etc.

Basically what I am trying to say is, you might get approved right away, or you might have to wait for a long time. In most cases, there is no rhyme or reason behind the timeline. All I can say is, know that you are one step closer, its eventually going to happen, and wait for the great day.

It depends. Some get times it's the next day sometimes months. But yes you are getting closer and i guess an end to visits to immigrations offices.

I do not think you would be invited for interview just because of this message. It means CIS just received your mail that was per their request ( the medical, etc ). I got the same message after they received my mail. So be patient for the long way to go.

What did you mean by " 33 days for my wife .." ? Did you mean that it took 33 days to get that online message after receiving your wife's mail at CIS ?
