Its been long time since our 485 was filed.

I applied my I485 in California Center in Jan 2002.But
till now my case was not approved. I came to know
through my Lawyer that there are doing a security check on my Company even though it is a 18Billion Dollar company. All the cases of this company are delayed or freezed. I am getting good offers in East coast with double my Salary. I got selected with a company who has Head quarters in NY and in San Jose. If I move to this company using AC21 then I have to move my file to Vermont Center since my posting is in NY and this may delay my case.I am thinking of requesting them to give my placement from
San jose but I will work in NY to avoid transfer of my file. Please advice what I have to do to avoid my file being transfered to Vermont Center or It is good to move to Vermont center. Can you guys let me know how to post this in this forum. I am new member joined yesterday.
