Read the previous posts before u become trigger-happy and post anything that comes to your mind. u r asking bvm to maintain this thread correctly and u are not showing discipline. case of pot calling the kettle black. as another poster said you seem to want to mett ur quota by hook or crook.

my lawyer said i was OOS (out of status and gave me some stupid reason though I had valid h1b all that i had to do was to pay 1000 for myself anf my wife)
finger printing : 10/30/2000 done as scheduled in salinas CA
EAD: sometime in Nov 2000
AVM : 11/16 recieved the FP and pending review for me
      11/10 recieved the FP and pending review for my wife
      12/29 process resumed for both
AD: I just heard the AVM saying our case was approved on 01/28/02

I checked the AVM yesterday. Both my wife and I have been approved on 1/28/2002. EB2,China, PD 4/1/2001, AP 7/2002, EAD 6/2002, FP 12/27/2001, AP 1/28/2002 Wait for FP for 8 months. Then I asked my layer to send a Fax inquiry on beginning of Nov. INS responsed on 11/23/2002, And issued the FP notice at same day.
