As per latest released CSC JIT Report on Feb.1, 2002, it seems CSC has cleared almost all cases with ND pior to Jan. 1,2001.

Until last JIT Report on Jan. 18,2002, CSC had cleared almost all cases with ND prior to Jan. 1, 2000.

You might be aware that some cases as late as ND of June 2001 have been already approved.

So INS may now proceed to clear almost all cases for Jan. 2001 onwards gradually.

I have been working with scanning and imaging operations for last 12 years and I exactly know how complicated it is to process a huge and ever increasing intake of applications. Kudos to INS - CSC!
 
ND: July 23rd?

Didn\'t EB3 become current in July only ( at least for people with PD of May 2000). How could the person (ND) have got Notice Date (ND) July 23rd? The only other approval for EB3 after everything became current is for Mat who sent in the application on 6/20 and still got ND of late Aug.
 
I had the same question. ND of July 23 should put...

the RD in April/May. How did ND apply under EB3 from India category when EB3 did not become current until July 2001. ND, can you please clarify?

It is possible that in ND\'s priority date, EB category there could be some typo but I am sure ND is a real person. How do I know that? I do remember several people who applied around when I applied and their responses. In the past some times ND didn\'t provide much attention to correctness of data (s)he is providing (may be typos)!

ND,
Is your RD really 6/23? Here you wrote that you mailed on 5/16 but in one thread (Old June) you wrote that your MD is 5/10, in another thread you wrote that your ND is 7/27 and you got your receipts on 7/25 (two days earlier than ND)! Now you wrote that your RD is 7/23 and ND is 7/29! Can you please specify (if possible) exact dates?

If you don\'t want to specify proper dates that\'s ok too.
