Approval pending A# file question

I have 2 questions:

Question 1: My interview was done in the begining of May and I was told that my A# file is not present yet. I have filed the service request. How long does it take to get the Oath letter?

Questions 2: I am moving to another place in a month, If they send the OL in the mail before then I am good. How can I get it on the new address? Can I do a mail forward in the post office?

1) It can take up to 120 days to receive oath letter, or even longer if your A# file is missing/not at DO.

2) Do not do a mail forward as USPS doesn't forward their mail marked "return service requested" from USCIS. Inform USCIS instead of your new address once you move.
