Applying to preserve residency

I am getting ready to n-470 to preserve residency. My company is sending me to UAE for one week period which will leads to other long back and forth trips there. I need to file n-470 to preserve residency for naturalization. I have already lived here for more than one year as a permanent resident. My questions are:

1. Where do I find a sample communication letter as a support document?
2. What do I write in it?

Thank you in advance.

Are you going to be based in UAE or you will have multiple one week trips in the future? I am not sure I understand your situation to be of great help to you.

Your company would provide the letter. Have you talked to your company's HR department to determine if they will assist and are eligible as a company in the N-470 process?

Yes, the company is willing to provide me with anything I need. But they don't know and have no idea what to do because they never done it before.

I won't be based in the UAE. I will have multiple 1 week or 2 weeks trips in the future. This trip will be just for a week. Maybe the next trip will be in few months and could take long than a week.
I also have the following confusion if you can help me.

To preserve residency, I'll need to have lived in the USA for 1 uninterrupted year to be eligible to file n-470.

At this moment, I have already lived here for uninterrupted 1 year as a LPR. What if I leave the country now and after I come back, in a month the company i work with decide to send me overseas, do I still meet the fact that I've lived in the USA for one uninterrupted year? In other words, does it have to one full year as a LPR at anytime or one full year right before you file the n-470?

Does this make sense or this is stupid thinking?

Thank you

Ask them for a letter of support indicating how long they expect you to be overseas as well as a breakdown as to what type of company they are and who they are owned by.

Read the form instructions as to what is required in letter:

The eligibility for N-470 is as least 1 continuous year anytime since becoming LPR.
