Applying GC for spouse

I recently became a citizen and would like to apply GC for my spouse who is already in US. She is in F1 student status and currently has OPT. My ques. is:

1. Can I just file form I-130 & I-485? and leave out I-765 since she already has OPT.
2. What do you mean by filing I-130 & I-485 concurrently? Do I file these applications at different service centers?
3. Does she need medical exam report?

When is her OPT expiration date? You may want to include the I-765 application because you do not know how long it will take for her to obtain LPR, especially with the influx of applications since fees are being raised at the end of this month. It's your call.

Filing concurrently = to ONE place i.e the Chicago Lockbox

Why wouldn't she? Read the instructions on form I-485

Resham, pls don't hesitate to do some research before posting your questions next time. These questions have been answered so many times before.
 
I went to local USCIS center today at St.Paul, Minnesota, the officer said that I do not need to file I-130 since my spouse is already in US, and just file I-485. Is this correct? Thanks!
 
maybe, the officer thought she came on K-1 visa. Other than that - where does USCIS get officers like that??????
