Applying GC for siblings

Has anyone ever heard that if your family member is already in the US and they entered legally, I can apply for I-485 at same time that I apply for I-130, to change their status to permanent resident?
If so, how do I do that?

Thanks,

Yes you can, but if they leave US and apply for visa to return, they may have trouble, because they have immigrant intent.

The wait time for siblings is about 10 years. So make sure their status allows them to stay here for the next 10 years legally.

That's all I know. Someone else may give better answer, and about whether they can get Advanced Parole for traveling...

this only works for immediate relatives of US citizens, such as parents, unmarried children under 21 and spouses. It does not work for siblings, who are in 4th preference category.
