I wish to apply for 485 for my wife on my own.

After perusing the docs required it should be easy except the part about copy of visa stamp in the passport. I dont have one currently but I do have the H1 extension (old company) approvals + I changed companies recently and the H1 transfer is yet to be approved.

Any suggestions on how to go about this? Much appreciated.

Is there any clause that states that the lawyers for both initial case and subsequent cases need to be same?
I have 14 days to gather everything and apply - -Please help soon-

There is a field for Alien # on the Biographic Info form, what do I enter here?
My alien # by chance?

No - write "NONE" in that field for your wife, do not leave it blank, according to USCIS guidelines.
