Applying for Multiple TN's

Hi all, and sorry if this is a repetative question, I did my best to read through the previous threads, but wanted to be sure of a couple things:

I currently working for Company A (On TN Status) my hours have been cut from full time to part time/contract based.

I am planning to join Company's B and C, on a part time/contract basis.

I am going home over the holidays, and was planning on applying for two new TN's for company's B&C on my way back into the country.

Questions:

1. Is there any issue with applying for multiple TN's in one appointment (ie, applying for TNs for both companies B&C whilst returning to the US at the port of entry.
2. Is the form I need to use, the I-129? or another?
3. if the work is to be part-time/contract based, is there any other special form I will need?

Thanks much!!!

-- No. Each of your TN letter should mention about the job being part-time.

2. Is the form I need to use, the I-129? or another?

-- No (if you are applying in person at the POE)

3. if the work is to be part-time/contract based, is there any other special form I will need?

-- No.

Re:

Thanks BB..

could you clarify your answer to question #2?

what form will i need for the application of the TN's for companies B&C?

You will not need any forms if you are applying for your TN in person. The I-129 form is required only if you are applying for TN by mail.

Thanks BB, I was just on the USCIS website, and kind of concluded the same thing... but thank you very much for the clarification!

Whne you apply for TN at the POE (or Cdn airport PIF) you dealing with CBP, and not CIS, and therefore a CIS petition form is not what they want.
