Applying for Citzenship with my daughter

Hi, I have decided that it's finally time to apply for US citizenship! I have been in the United States since 2001....I moved from Canada with my 3 children, all of whom were under the age of 18 when we obtained green cards in 2004. Our green cards will expire in 2014 (my two oldest children have become US citizens, applying independently because they were over the age of 18 when they applied).
I want to apply before my youngest daughter turns 18 in February. My question is....does she automatically become a citizen when I do or do I have to get my citizenship first then apply for a certificate of citizenship for her? and when I fill out my application and note her on it, do I have to send a fingerprint fee for her as well since she is 17 years old?
thanks for any help....I have confused myself trying to find some answers and in the meantime she gets closer to 18 everyday! thanks!

She will become a citizen if she is still under 18 the day you take your oath. You do not need to send any fee for her. She will never need to be fingerprinted is she acquires citizenship as a minor via your naturalisation.

You are also NOT required to apply for a certificate of citizenship for her. It is, however, recommended as proof of citizenship that will never expire. You can also apply just for her passport. All this can be done AFTER you take the oath of citizenship yourself.

If she's still under 18, she will automatically become a citizen when you do, but for her to make use of that citizenship she'll need to apply for proof of it, i.e. a US passport or citizenship certificate.

For the citizenship certificate, if it is approved after she is 18, her citizenship date will be retroactive to the date you became a citizen when she was still under 18.

And if she does will she get a certificate of naturalization at the ceremony as well or do we have to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship separately?
Although she would derive citizenship on the day you naturalize, she still would need to apply for her own certificate separately, using your certificate and form N-600 (not N-400 like you did).

(something we need to get a passport for her)
She can get her US passport based on your naturalization certificate and proof of the parental relationship and custody, without needing her own certificate. Most apply for their children's passport before the children's certificates because the passport is quicker and cheaper. Her certificate is optional, but for the long run it is advisable to have her own certificate so she won't have to ever depend on yours again (if she lost her passport and applies to replace it, they might want to see your certificate if she doesn't have her own).

If we will have to apply for that certificate she will be over the age of 18, so then that option won't be available, she will have to apply for naturalization independently, I am guessing?
Thanks for any input!
If you become a citizen before she is 18, then she applies for her own certificate after she's 18 (not naturalization, just the certificate), her certificate will be retroactive to when you became a citizen. But if you become a citizen after she turns 18, she would have to go through whole the naturalization process independently with no retroactive provision.

Noticed your signature, does Pakistan allow dual citizenship? In your case triple :)
