Applying for 2 TN Visas Simultaneously

Hi,

I will soon be working for 2 employers in the US. From what I have read so far, I need to apply for a TN visa for each employer. This will mean I will need to apply for 2 TN visas. Is this right? And will applying for 2 TN visas simultaneously increase the chance of being rejected than just applying for 1?

Also, do I need to specify the details of my work schedule for each employer on the employment letter (e.g. # of days per week working with each employer)?
