Apply for AC21

Hi,

Can someone please tell me "how do I apply for AC21" ? Do I need to fill-up any form ? Can I send it myself ? When would I know whether it is approved/rejected ?


When do I need to get the AC21 ? (i.e while I am with the current employer OR after getting an employment letter from the NEW employer OR after started working for the NEW employer )

--------------------After getting new employer same /similar job offer letter and when you are working with new employer+your I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days

I am not sure AC21 request attached with my I-485 as it was sent through my employer. Since I don't know, can I re-send it now or wait for RFE and send it ?

When you say RFE, when will I get RFE ? After 180 days or before 180 days. Will it come to my home address ?

Please note that I got the I-485 receipt to my home address already.

------------------no body is sure if AC21 document is attached to I-485 or not and USCIS dont update the info
When you say RFE, when will I get RFE ?

After 180 days or before 180 days.

----------------when officer looks at I-485 file and needs any info
Will it come to my home address ?
------------------------- if lawyer filed I-485 and you signed G28 then it will come to lawyer if I-485 filed directly without lawyer then will come to the address on form I-485
Please note that I got the I-485 receipt to my home address already.
