I came to US in H4 visa. My husband's company filed for GC in 2003 feb under EB3. 140 cleared now. 485 is pending.
I got my EAD and working now. My husband and I have problems and he is not filing my AP for me to visit my parents. I dont have the 485 receipt. I have an automated email from INS confirming the filing of 485. I have my EAD card.

How can I file on my own ... Please help.
 
Mlk2009, Why are you asking all the sneaky questions , applying EAD without the spouse's knowledge , applying AP without the spouse's knowledge.....

Are you really in this marriage just for the Greencard ??
