My parents(USC) have already sponsored me and my family 4 years back for US immigration.

I had B1/B2 visa for which expired in 2006. In last 4 years I have been visiting US almost every year. I want to apply again for B1/B2 visa . Can i do that. Do i have to declare in my visit visa application that my parents have sponsored me ? Will they deny me b1/B2 visa just because I've been sponsored

You have to mention your I-130 when you filll in your DS-156. Not doing so will be committing perjury. Unfortunately, it is very likely that you will be denied a B-2 visa because of your I-130.

Additional question to anyone....

If the beneficiary already has a non-immigrant visa, is it normally permitted to be used even if an immigrant petition is already filed? I'm concerned if there are unexpected repercussions down the line...
