My friend apllying for 10 years green card based on her marriage to US citizen
Her husband had DUI and when he lost his license he drove again and went to prison for that for 5 month. She'll filling I-751 will her husband's record effect
her illegibility?

As long as the husband signs the I-751, I see no issues. Is he still incarcerated or back out?

he is still in prison
but they live together, have lease, bills, no loans, they write letter and she can come visit every other week

They should be good. As long as he is out of prison by the time their interview comes along, provided they actually are invited to one.
