AP- Travel question

My first AP is valid till 09-05-2004 and I have applied second AP last
month. My question is that can I travel on the first AP and come back
before 09-05-2004 while my second AP is pending with INS. Thanks

no, u have to come back before your first AP expire, then go out with the second
