AP travel and H1

Hi

I have H1 extension till May 2005, but my Visa has expired. My 485 in progress. If I use AP to return after foreign travel, is my H1 still valid or do I become an 'Adjustee'. i haven't received or used EAD.

you are an adjustee as long as 485 is pending. However, H visas and adjustee can co -exist, that is where AP usage does not void H1.
