AP to re enter

I have AP to reenter ,But I need valid visa in my passport,for that I have to go for stamping in chennai, If Chennai consulate rejects my H4 visa for stamping can I still enter by using my AP
Any suggestion?

------ yes( no need to show or inform the consulate that you have valid AP becase it has nothing to do with H4 staming)
Any suggestion?

Thanks for your reply.
While leaving US will they check/take our AP for their records.
If consulate rejects H4 stamping will they enter in our passport? If enters in PP how much will it effect to reenter US with AP.

AP, K3 ..I- 485 Questions

I'm on a k3 visa which is due to expire March 30, 2005. I am planning to go abroad. Now, will I have any trouble getting in with an expired K3 visa but I have an AP with me. Also I-485 is filed and waiting for approval. Or should I need to renew my K3 even if I have I-485 filed and AP.

Any info will be very much appreciated!

--- you CAN enter with AP as your I-485 is pending

--- they dont check or see AP while you depart US just give your I-94 at airline counter
If consulate rejects H4 stamping will they enter in our passport? If enters in PP how much will it effect to reenter US with AP.
--- no problem entry with valid AP
