AP Status

I've received the approved travel document (Advanced Parole) a month ago from Vermont and is planning to travel overseas pretty soon.

What bothers me is that the USCIS case online status still indicates that my AP application is pending...My question is: will I get into any trouble when entering US at the airport, because of the pending online status on AP.

Thanks&Regards,

I am sure you will present your "APPROVED" advance parole documents while leaving and entering USA and not the online status of your AP application from USCIS website.

Also I am not aware of any such practice, where immigration people at airport ask for your receipt # and check the status on "USCIS case status online page". They go by the documents you produce while entering and leaving usa.

----- you dont present or show AP when leaving US, you show AP when you enter US at POE or take a flight for US then you show to airlines

-----they dont chack BCIS online, or ask the filing reciept they check the USCIS computer with your A# that AP is approved for you and I-485 is pending for you
