AP Renewal - Medical Emergency

Hi,

AP has gone for a renewal and there is a delay is getting the same. Meanwhile if there is a medical emergency and need to travel. What can be done. My service center is TSC and I am at present in VA.
Please advice.

go to the nearest ASC and show AP receipt and proof of emergency to get AP.
