Hi

I have a question regarding AP procedure. My current AP is valid till 29Jan,2005 and I am planning to apply for renewal very soon. I think the new renewed AP will be valid from 30Jan,2005.

If I plan going on vacation from 15Jan till 15Feb, should we have to give both old and new AP while going out of US and use the new renewed AP to come back. Whats the AP procedure in this situation.

Please share your experience/thoughts, and clarification. Thanks in advance!
 
No,APs are not issued continous. You will get a new AP with start date = approval date.
No, you dont need to hand over AP while going out. See the FAQs and read some more posts (look for experience, procedure as keywords in your search)
