AP Multiple entry sample letter - Urgent

Hi,

Could any one point me to the AP multiple entry sample letter.
I need it very urgently as i am running out of time to apply for AP.

I don’t think of any multiple entry sample letters, just write on the cover letter that AP should be approved with MULTIPLE entries and on the form 131 you have to tick the box for multiple entry

I remember reading somewhere on the portal that you need to attach a letter stating the reason for multiple entry AP. I think it also states in the 131 form.

--- Not the reason for multiple entries, just write any reason for AP like Vacation, meeting old parents and they don’t care about the reason, you have to tick the box on I-131 for Multiple entry
