AP for wife not yet received ..

Hello Friends,

Me and my Wife applied for AP, EAD and I485 together at the TEXAS service center and our receipt date for all the 3 documents is Sept 11, 2002.

I have got my AP approved on Nov 19th but no update on AP approval status for my wife. Anybody have or had this situation ..? If so pls post and advice your exp.

Still waiting for our EAD approval , I think it will take 1 more month.

Call INS and find out why AP was not approved.

I called TSC at (214) 381-1423 on friday and today and it it always busy and after 6 pm EST the phone goes to Automated message .

Do you have anyother number that I can call ?

Try at 7.30 am ESt onwards. Keep cycling between the different automatic options until 8, when you should choose speak to an INS officer...
