AP e-file questions. need help

Hello,
I am trying to fill the AP (I-131) renewal application online to e-file. I have no plans of International travel, what do I need answer for the question 'Date of Intended departure' in the step 3 of the e-file application. It will let me enter nothing but it gives a warning message stating that 'It is suggested you provide the intended departure date. failure to do so may result in your application being delayed or denied'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any random date you like, just put it.
 
Can any one provide sample letter that needs to be submitted explaining the reson to grant the AP, I don't remember sending one first time.
