AP approved in 3.5 weeks @ TSC

Hi Guys,

I am very happy to let you all know that my wife's AP got approved (renewal) in 3.5 weeks. We efiled her application and sent all the supporting documents and letters to the TSC office.

Day after we submitted the application I could see the status of the application, as being submitted, and nothing after that. We did not even receive receipt notice from TSC. And today we got an email saying that they are mailing the approval notice.

We are very relieved..and are very thankful for the great instruction thread for Online EAD/AP filing.

I think they should approve AP in the same day. This person is supposed to go outside the US and the AP itself will not guarantee readmission 100%.

Thanks tipotodo, yeah its good to know that TSC is moving. This was just AP, I wish the EAD's will come soon too..

Congrats on the fast approval. I am thinking of filing my AP for the first time this year. Do you have to go for biometrics when you efile your AP?
