AP Approval

AP approved 03-143

The online message stated that 03-143 case approved. The exact message is that the AP is mailed to the approver.

Last time, the AP was sent to the lawyers. I dont whether they will send it to me or to the lawyers.

Any idea/

Want kind of RFEs are coming for AP

My AP case wac-03-152-5XXXX - approved on 07/10 and
my wife's AP case wac-03-152-5XXXX - sent an RFE on 07/14 according to BCIS online status check.

Generally what kind of RFEs will come for AP

Waiting for EAD approvals for both.
EAD case : I-765-wac-03-152-5XXXX

I got the AP in mail, so this message probably means that another division actually mailed it out.
 
any WAC-03-146 to WAC-03-150 approvals?

There are a bunch of Adv Parole approvals in the WAC-03-140 to WAC-03-145.

Are there any WAC-03-146 to WAC-03-150 AP approvals?

AP/EAD approvals

Hi,

Aside from all the 100's of uncertainties that INS/BCIS has, does anyone have any idea approximately how long AP approvals and EAD approvals are taking these days?

Apprvl Date = July 21, 2003

Wife's case (WAC-03-150-5xxxx) still pending !!!!
 
When will I receive Actual AP

Hello All,

My AP 03-154 was approved on 07/21. On 07/23 the msg changed to

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On July 23, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

It has not arrived as to yesterday's mail (07/28). I was wondering when can I expect to get AP in the mail. I am planning to travel on 07/31. Also since I do not need AP to exit the country, can I leave without AP and then have it Couriered over.

Any suggestions and experiences will be appreciated
