There was a posting sometime back - last month or so - where the person had said he had the AP sent by courier.
But u are doing it at ur own risk.

Hi Guys,

I am planning to file my AP application myself. I searched BCIS website, they have the form in .pdf format and it is very badly scanned. Does anyone know where I can find other format of the form in which I can type-in rather than filling-in by hand?
